Soil: Sandy and Clayey

Cellar Notes: The juice obtained from a soft pressing of the grapes is fermented in stainless steel tanks with its natural yeasts. Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees for about six months, and then it is bottled with its lees.

Tasting Notes: Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections. Intense and persistent floral aromas, summer fruits and fragrances of the Mediterranean. It is full-bodied on the palate, creamy, and mineral with citrus notes. Pairs well with seafood, delicate white fish with light sauces, and lightly seasoned soups and broths.
