Soil: Sandy and clayey-calcareous
Cellar Notes: The juice obtained from a soft pressing of the grapes is fermented in stainless steel vats with its natural yeast at a controlled temperature of 15º. After fermentation, the wine stays in stainless steel vats with its lees for 6 months.
Tasting Notes: Intense straw yellow with bright and clear greenish reflections. Persistent bouquet of herbs, white flowers, and stone fruit. Fresh acidity, citrus with a brininess that is reminiscent of the sea, making a long finish inviting another sip. Delicious with seafood, shellfish, and mild fish dishes.
