SILENZIGrapes - Vermentino 50%, Nuragus 50%.
Vineyards and method of cultivation - Low espalier, traditional sapling, the youngest vineyards of our farm.
Age of vineyard - Ranging from 5 until 10 years, depending on the vineyard.
Crop production - 100/110 quintals to the hectare.
Soil Type - Of medium calcium clay hills rich in texture, located 150/180 mt above sea level.
Vinification, Refinement - The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes is left to ferment in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature of 15° C. After a light clarification it is allowed to rest for a few more months in the stainless steel vats, after wich the bottling can proceed.
Tasting - it's a pale straw colour with greenish reflections, its taste is predominately vegetables notes, fresh and of a good intensity.
Suggestions for use - Fish starters, fish and lightly seasoned foods. Serve at 10° C. uncorking at the moment of decanting.
